Welcome to the Thunderwalker Revival Project Website. You have undoubtly found this site because you are either an "ol' timer" that played TW during it's hayday, a "convert" that played other mods of Quake and want to try the "fastest FPS" around, or a new comer that has heard about TW and wants to see what all the hype is about.
Whatever the reason, we're glad you're here. This site is set up to give you the information needed to start new with all the files needed, information on servers running TW and info on how to set up your own server, demos, screenshots (old and new) and info on projects underway; like giving the game a much needed face lift with new textures, updated weapon skins, and various other goodies to the game.
The Forums are a great place to catch up with all things TW and a few things that aren't. Brought to you by a dedicated staff that is working to bring Thunderwalker back to life and back to the forefront of the gaming world.

Getting Started
1) You must have a copy of Quake. You can purchase Quake through Steam, ($9.99).
2) Download one of the newer QuakeWorld clients. We recommend EzQuake.
3) Download the files for ThunderWalker.

1) You must have a copy of Quake. You can purchase Quake through Steam, ($9.99).
2) Download the Quake AiO Package, (250 MB). Includes: Ez-Quake v1.9.2, TWCTF Files, 24-bit Map Textures, 24-bit Gamecontent (weapons, powerups, armor), 24-bit Runes and all the CTF Maps available on this site.
3) Extract the contents of the .rar file and copy YOUR pak0.pak and pak1.pak to the Quake\ID1 directory.
4) SPOON!!!!!!!!

Attention!
For those who downloaded the "BludShot Pack" we were hosting before: These files will not work with that package. It is recommended you backup your configs, screenshots, demos, ID1\pak0.pak and ID1\pak1.pak and delete your old Quake install, (or rename it). Backup any other files you may think you need before removing.
We are hosting a new Quake AiO Package, (250 MB). Extract the contents of the .rar file and copy your pak0.pak and pak1.pak to the Quake\ID1 directory. Copy any other files you had backed up from the previous installation.
